MISSION STATEMENT
Friends of Carrillo Ranch, Inc.
To increase the community’s awareness of
Leo Carrillo, the man, and Leo Carrillo Ranch, the resource,
through responsible educational and support programs.
To urge the city of Carlsbad to accelerate the current timetable
for implementation of the final Phase III of the restoration program,
vital to the public’s access to the Park’s most important features.
To bring California history and art education to local 4th
grade students
using Carrillo Ranch as a unique, effective teaching vehicle.
If the above objectives appeal to you, we'd love to have you come aboard.
Our annual dues are
only $10.00
(couples or singles). This includes First Class
Mail delivery of the always lively, tell-it-like-it-is Carrillo Ranch Quarterly –
you’ve never read a newsletter like this one. We maintain a very modest
operating budget. There are virtually no overhead expenses. This is an
all-
volunteer organization.
Your dues and donations are reserved for our
educational and communication services.
